How to Submit a Claim

Preliminary Diagnosis
Open a Repair Order and conduct a customer-authorized preliminary diagnosis. This may include:
• Visual inspection
• Road test
• Scan for diagnostic trouble codes
• Component testing
• Adding dye to trace a leak
• Compression tests
• Leak-down tests
• Using a boroscope for cylinder and valve damage pictures
• Transmission line pressure readings

Submit Your Claim
Use this link to submit your claim:
Submit Claim Form
To modify an existing claim, use the same form and select "Add-on/Update"
If you can't submit online call 844-463-1618

Complete Required Fields
• Enter all required fields
• Attach a complete estimate with part numbers, prices, labor hours, and warranty information
• Attach relevant photos showing diagnosis, damage, modifications, or commercial usage
Accepted file formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .txt

Track Your Claim
• You'll receive immediate confirmation that your claim was submitted
• Claim status updates will be sent automatically via email
• Check your claim status anytime at: Claim Status Portal
Payment Request Process
After receiving authorization and completing the repair, submit for payment:
⚠️ Important: Use these forms only. Do not send separate emails as this will slow the process.
Payment Policy: Payment amounts cannot exceed the authorized amount or final invoice, whichever is less.
Important Notes
Authorization does not guarantee payment. Work performed must precisely match what was presented and authorized. Changes may result in payment denial.
Misdiagnosis costs are not covered under contract agreements.

If you have a mechanical breakdown, take your vehicle to the selling dealer. If traveling or out of area, you may use any licensed repair facility.

For expedited service, provide your repair facility with the automated claim submission form link below. They can submit the claim directly.

Remember to keep verifiable copies of all sales receipts, invoices, or work orders showing proper vehicle maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
