How to Submit a Claim

Preliminary Diagnosis

Open a Repair Order and conduct a customer-authorized preliminary diagnosis. This may include:

  • • Visual inspection
  • • Road test
  • • Scan for diagnostic trouble codes
  • • Component testing
  • • Adding dye to trace a leak
  • • Compression tests
  • • Leak-down tests
  • • Using a boroscope for cylinder and valve damage pictures
  • • Transmission line pressure readings

Submit Your Claim

Use this link to submit your claim:

Submit Claim Form

To modify an existing claim, use the same form and select "Add-on/Update"

Complete Required Fields

  • • Enter all required fields
  • • Attach a complete estimate with part numbers, prices, labor hours, and warranty information
  • • Attach relevant photos showing diagnosis, damage, modifications, or commercial usage

Accepted file formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .txt

  • • Claim status updates will be sent automatically via email

Payment Request Process

After receiving authorization and completing the repair, submit for payment:

Payment Policy: Payment amounts cannot exceed the authorized amount or final invoice, whichever is less.
